Our staff consists of biologists, including a Certified Wildlife Biologist®, a Certified Forester ®/ Registered Forester (AL/GA) , a Certified Financial Officer, and several seasonal employees, including foresters, with extensive experience in their respective fields.

We conduct a wide range of ecological services for private landowners, land managers, entities, and organizations, such as wildlife surveys, stream sampling, vegetation surveys, environmental DNA sampling, land management planning, conservation easement and baseline documentation reports, mapping, wetland delineations, environmental site assessments, and drone imagery operations, among others. We work to assist in the creation of documents, the development and management of projects and programs, and the ongoing stewardship of the conservation value of permanently protected land that includes working lands, scenic landscapes, wildlife habitat, water resources, and historic integrity. Since our launch in 2021, we have completed numerous projects across the Southeast, Midwest, and Western United States. We have assisted with the protection of over 13,400 acres and have conducted wildlife sampling on over 28,000 acres. Our staff has experience working on federal projects, including a rare plant survey in Rocky Mountain National Park (completed in 2023), bird surveys on state and federal-managed lands in California and Nevada (completed in 2024 and ongoing in 2025), and timber exams on federal lands in Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and Wisconsin (completed in 2024). We have also conducted botanical surveys in north Georgia, New Hampshire, and south Alabama (all completed in summer 2024), and recently began additional botanical surveys in northern Alabama. In 2025, we began raptor surveys on BLM-managed land in Colorado, among other projects. We also collaborate with nonprofit organizations and governmental entities on a variety of projects. We also collaborate with non-profit organizations and governmental entities on a variety of projects, including outreach and education grant work.
